In the game of basketball some key attributes of playing is that you need to use is speed, agility, strength and power. Speed and agility fall under the category of conditioning which is the physical and physiological development of athletes for elite sport performance by increasing their speed, reaction time, agility and stamina. And with strength and power it falls under the strength category which again like conditioning is the physical and physiological development of athletes for elite sport performance that works on your explosiveness, power, muscular endurance and strength. With Donte wanting to work on his speed and jumping ability he needs to use some new exercisers other than his old ones which he used to be bigger in the post.

Now for strength, what he would have used for strength it a moderated weight and would have been doing at a minimum of 12 reps with three sets at a fast intensity. With these different weight category's it also involves different exercisers such as; bench press, resistance squats , resistance box jumps , free weights , leg press and many more the list can go on and on. How Donte has put on these eight kilograms by doing these training exercises is by gaining muscle mass. The exercises that Donte has been researching to increase his speed and jumping ability he has recorded these drills including barbell squat, lying leg curl, seated calf raises, leg extension, squat with band, lying leg curl with band, calf raises with band, squat with band, leg extension with band.
