Also provide quality service that meets client’s expectation, a unique comprehension of design ideas with great flexibility for client /customer needs. Company was formed to take advantage of the perceived weakness and inadequacies of other regional companies in terms of quality and customer satisfaction, considering a large area prospecting from Downtown Montreal and surrounding areas. The residential segment is considered to be the company's potential clients especially during the slow winter months; the company can expect to have a several residential contracts of renovation. The Contract Management Associates also has the ability to get subcontract from Builder and Construction contractors operating within the targeted market for interior designing and decoration. The Company’s owners hold all licenses required by the Government to operate business legally. Including extensive workman’s compensation, legal liability, and general insurance policies. 3) History and Current Status. Lakhani and Wilson have known each other for many years. Mr. Lakhani began working in the construction business immediately after his high school, and has proved himself as a successful project manager and builder. Mr. Wilson, after graduating from college with a degree in civil engineering, began working in the construction business with the Techno Consultant. After moving to Canada, Mr. Wilson received his MBA Degree and worked for several construction firms in Toronto and OTTAWA as a general manager and financial analyst. Over the years, both individuals realized that the Downtown Montreal lacked a General Contractor construction company that could consistently provide high quality work and on-time delivery. With this in mind, and wishing to capitalize on this opportunity, the two investors have formed Contract Management Associates. The company plans to use its existing contacts obtained through past marketing via the Web, direct mailers, personal contact and printed publications to generate short-term residential contracts 4) Goals and Objectives * To have up to three remodeling projects established within the first year. * To have two building renovation project in progress by the end of this year. * To locate and purchase our first rental building in Downtown by the end of this year. * To achieve at least 12% profit by the second year. * Significantly expand into the commercial and office building contracting market to improve profit margins and increase local market share. * Expand services and decrease costs by creating a permanent project team.
