Why It Is As Good As It Seems

Specific Purpose:
Today I will discuss what marijuana is and general information on why its smoked or used. Today I will inform you on some of the positive relevancies of legalizing and using the plant. I will also conclude on the subject with a first person personal account of using marijuana itself. Although first, and foremost this is in no way a persuasion to do so only to inform you on the plant use and why legalizing the plant would make it easier on the user and economy.

Introduction:
How many times have you seen, or heard of someone being arrested for marijuana use? How many times have you seen someone, or heard of, be arrested for selling cigarettes? The results should show themselves. No one sees someone in trouble for cigarettes one although almost every one gets in trouble for marijuana. Its a struggle with legality, that is a battle still fought today. This stigma leaves users feeling dismayed into why they should not use.

Today I would like to add my sword to the fight per say. First of all, I would like to inform you briefly on what Marijuana is. Then I will give you sufficient reasoning to why marijuana why its used. Lastly, I will conclude with a personal account by a user of over 30 years.

Using marijuana medicinally is now legal in fourteen states and that number is growing more and more every year. These medical benefits have really been helping patients with various diseases. Economy: You've now heard the benefits of medical research and use, the next topic is the economy. According to the New York Times as of November 7, 2012, Marijuana was made legal for recreational use in Colorado and Washington. The recreational use and sales of marijuana, can help out our state and federal economies immensely. With over fifty million users in the United States the number of people buying it would be huge. The government could also put a tax on this and make even more money. With the shape our economy is in right now and the amount of debt we are in, with almost every country on Earth, the legalization of marijuana can help stimulate our economy and reduce our debts. This means more education money and for
