Consequently, for there persecution they decided to leave England with there families in search for a new life were they could practice there religion freely. On the other hand in the Chesapeake region religion was not thee major role on settling there.When the colonist of The Chesapeake region decided to settle it was o a more of a selfish desire for gold and fortune.
