A chiropractor is a health professional that deals with the human and its joints, bones, and muscles. Chiropractors mostly use hands-on spinal manipulation that help with different types of pains. Other times they will use other types of alternative treatments. The theory of a chiropractor is that the proper alignments of the body’s musculoskeletal structure will enable the body to heal itself without having to have any surgery or medication. Manipulation is used to restore mobility to the joints that are restricted by tissue injuries caused by a traumatic event, such as falling or repetitive stress such as sitting without proper back support.
