This august, France’s National Assembly introduced a big change for human rights

For those who are unaware, France is in the midst of a revolution. The social system of France has been unfair for a long time now, as we are one of the countries that still abides by the Feudal System. After many years of inequality, people are starting to challenge France’s unfair ways. The Declaration of the Rights of Man and of the Citizen was passed by the National Assembly on August 26th, 1798, and may be one of the most important documents of this revolution. This document has put an end to serfdom and feudal rights by stating that all people are equal citizens.
