In the American history, the Boston Tea Party is considered as one of the major cause of the American revolution. The people of America, especially the patriots, have given importance to this event, but why? How does it contribute to the American revolution, and who are the people behind this significant occurrence?

At the end of 1600’s, Britain have had debts to pay from the expenditures they have used during the French and Indian wars. The British parliament, in order to pay the debts, has provoked a number of unjust taxes to the colonies, and one of it is the taxation of tea. The East India Company has struggled financially and has had eighteen million pounds of unsold tea on hand. The Tea Act has prevented the East India Company from
