Día de los Muertos also known as the Day of the Dead, is very important in the Spanish culture. It celebrates peoples loved ones who have passed away, they make it a happy and joyful time! They have many traditions, but I will only tell you two!
One of them is telling stories about the loved ones who have passed, the dead still wants to be remembered just in another form. These stories can be passed on from generation to generation about other family members. This tradition always keeps the family history alive, and festive. Not only do the generations enjoy the stories being told, but so do the dead!
