Día de los Muertos is about celebrating our loved ones who have passed away. It’s a big holiday in Mexico; it is not a sad or gloomy holiday either, if anything it’s a great one. On this day, people go to their loved ones grave and leave presents and objects that show they carry on their joyous lives. They decorate and pray to help their lost loved ones. They do not believe that once you die you’re dead you are actually dead; they believe that you go to a better place after here. Also on this day, spirits go back to their graves to see their family.
