The act of incarceration was new in American. There are more prisoners in America in than most of the world. It started in the 1820, where alcohol use was high. I know of a man who will pour powder cocaine in a clear bag and inhale it. The Cocaine is a strong addictive stimulant drug that is gotten from leaves of the coca plant which can be found in South America. It can create short term relaxation, and energy. It also has its dangerous side effects which people tend to ignore, such as raising heart rate and blood pressure. Cocaine can be in both powder form and liquid form too when dissolved in water. It can either be injected intravenously, inhaled by snorting and then it can be smoked also. They all have the same effect in the body, although smoking and drinking can go directly into the blood stream and brain which produces a quicker and stronger effect, and the effect can be short lasting. Snorting cocaine has a longer effect on the brain but take a while for the effect to be felt, so people who snort cocaine tend to increase the amount the snorts every time for a faster and longer lasting effect.
