At approximately 0001 hours WPD Officer Court Depeugh #2413 asked for the assistance of WSUPD at 1714 N Fairmount st apt 7. WPD was called in regards to a burglary report at this location. This address is the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity house.

I advised dispatch I would be heading over to the location to make contact with Depeugh. I arrived on scene and noticed Depeugh on Fairmount street speaking to a few males. I went over and started to speak with Depeugh. I noticed there was a north face black backpack on the ground with various items laying next to it. Depeugh advised the reporting party of the fraternity house noticed one of the other brothers door ajar. He went to look in the room and noticed a black male loading items into a backpack. The black male was startled and ran out the back door. The reporting party started to follow the male but was unable to see which direction he ran. The reporting party then called police to make the report. …show more content…

I asked for the description of the male and Dimitri said he was a black male, 600-602 tall, black shorts, and a white athletic shirt, thin build, with an Afro haircut.
