On April 30, 2017 complainants J. Taylor and S. Taylor reported Makel Flythe hereinafter referred to as Makel Flythe called W-1’s cellphone and threatened both complainant’s J. Taylor and S. Taylor and their families. W-1 reported that S-1 stated something about having money on both J. Taylor and S. Taylor head. The defendant is dating the complainant’s cousin and they have known him for approximately 2 years.
On May 3, 2017 your affiant along with Detective McKenna met with Complainant J. Taylor and W-1. Your affiant interviewed W-1 who reported that it received a call on April 29, 2017 at 1024 PM from W-1 stating that either. Complainant J. Taylor or Complainant S. Taylor and he reported that on April 23, 2017 that he was in a physical altercation with the defendant which he got the best of the defendant. Complainant J. Taylor broke out all the defendant windows during the altercation as well. Complainant J. Taylor and the defendant were involved in a physical altercation because the defendant was assaulting the Complainant J. Taylor cousin over a missing gun. Complainant J. Taylor reported that on April 29, 2017 he received a call from W-1 stating the defendant had put a hit out on his life and that he needed to either pay $1200.00 or give the defendant the gun back. Complainant J. Taylor advised that he does not know anything about a missing gun. Complainant J. Taylor aunt received a text message that stated “They say they going to need 1200 hundred dollars to call off the hits one everyone.” Complainant J.
