Who’s to blame for Romeo and Juliet’s death? To begin with I believe the parents and friar Lawrence are to blame. It states in the story that Paris wanted to marry Juliet and the parents knew she was too young to web but still insisted they knew she didn’t want to marry Paris but still did . she decided to kill herself insince they wanted her to wed , friar Lawrence is also to blame he should have talked to Romeo about the plan before.
Second, the parents are at blame, because Juliet is only 13 years old she shouldn’t have been forced to do anything. She expressed to her parents she didn’t want to be married to Paris they threatened to disown her if she didn’t. they shouldn’t have interfered with her love life at all.
