So many colonists died because of environmental problems,Indians and , settler skills. If you were apart of life in Jamestown could you ever imagine life like there’s? This started taking place in Jamestown in 1607-1612. Many Colonist would live a better life, or so they thought. The question most have is “Why did so many colonist die?”. I did lots of research on this topic and I found three ways most jamestown settler died. First is Environmental problems,Settler skills and then, Indians.

First is environmental problems that the jamestown settlers had to deal with. When they first got there, they didn’t have any fresh water. I got this evidence from (doc, A,B). No fresh water could ki.. millions of people because they would or could starve or thirst. In a world without water, no one would live to see another day of sunlight. In 1005 and 1612, there was a tribble drought that hit them and killed half of jamestown very quickly. I got that evidence from doc B. Lots of the human waste stayed at the bottom of the river. When they went to the bathroom there waste was sent off into the river and they drank that nasty water.

The settler skills they have are very poor. Gentlemen had most people do there work for you. I got my evidence from document C.This had them doing no work at all. Next they dug shallow to supply themselves with water.I got my evidence from Document A. They didn't know if they were going to get good or bad water. Last they couldn’t work as hard because they couldn’t do everything by there self. When they dug the well they didn't know if they were going to get good or bad water.Last the men couldn't work as hard as they could
