I have failed many times in life, but I have never quit trying to accomplish a goal because of failure or because something went wrong. The biggest failure or setback I have suffered in my life occurred when I tore my anterior cruciate ligament or ACL. During the second football scrimmage of my senior year I stepped in a hole on the field, my knee went the wrong way, and my ACL snapped in half. It completely changed how I went about life, I could no longer jog, squat, cut, or pivot. Before this I took my legs for granted, what they allowed me to do was just part of my everyday life. Without being able to do these things I had to figure out how to deal with a torn ACL. I am still dealing with the remnants of this problem, but i came to what I believe to be the best solution to this problem. I push myself to do the most I can do every day. When my teammates practice, I am doing physical therapy. When my teammates are working out, I am doing physical therapy. I decided to throw myself into physical therapy to get back to normal as quickly as possible and by doing this it keeps my mind occupied as well as my
