George W. Bush’s speech uses an organization that gets more mournful as it goes on to appeal to emotions as he nears the end. President george organizes this speech in a paragraph format. The first paragraph is simply a stating of fact, “The Columbia is lost; there are no survivors.” The speech starts slow so the audience will understand what the speech is about, then every paragraph he gets more emotional. In the next paragraph he uses a bible quote as a way of mourning and finishes by saying that even though they may not be on earth anymore, they are home in heaven.
