Annuciation Greek Orthodox Cathedral: Project Manager that designed a 3,965 square-foot cathedral expansion with courtyard modifications in the City of Houston. Designed a 1,736 cubic-foot underground detention system. Texas Accessibility Standards were evaluated and revisions were proposed to the sidewalks along two (2) City right-of-ways. Plans included survey, demolition, grading, and drainage. (Design Completed 5/2017)

Thousand Trails – Lake Conroe RV and Camping Resort: Project Manager that designed two (2) cabin reserves and one (1) RV reserve on a portion of 129.90 acres in the City of Conroe. Project included 138 cabin lots and 67 RV lots. Coordinated with San Jacinto River Authority for detention via adjacent Lake Conroe.

Project included a 40,400 square-foot parking lot with underground storm sewer ranging in size from twelve inches (12”) to thirty inches (30”). Significant offsite flow was calculated and routed through a designed grass channel to existing storm facilities. A 213,500 cubic-foot dry detention pond was designed with a discharge to a roadside ditch. Volume was calculated to include future development.
