Handsomest Drowned Man

Gabriel Garcia Marquez composed a numerous of astonishing short stories including “The Handsomest Drowned Man In The World”. This story has a big impact on the reader because of the different components it depicts. One of the most outstanding elements within the story is the emotions characters show towards the main character. The main character was a drowned man named esteban who was found near shore in a small village. The feelings people in the story portray towards the main character are admiration, jealousy, and mourning.

Marquez initially acquainted with the sentiment adoration which was communicated by the ladies in the town. The ladies in this story were astounded by this suffocated man who was found in the sea close to their town. One of the segments that brought about their profound respect was the man's excellence in which they portrayed him as the tallest, most grounded and most attractive man they've ever seen. The man in the story were envious of the consideration the suffocated man was getting from the lady. As expressed in the story the men thought the fluff was just lady's silliness. The man were desirous of the moves the lady made towards the suffocated man. In the story they felt doubt and asked why the ladies had such a large number of designs for only an outsider. The man in the story needed the overwhelmed man of their lives. They were restless to release the man and dispose of him, be portrayed him as a newcomer and they thought he was a trouble.
