I drew encouragement for a story that was told to me by my grandmother Eva. She passes away 13 years ago but her words still linger in my ears every time I am feeling discouraged. A Christian businessman had a wife and 4 children and his life was going all too well. Until one day he loses everything due to mishandling of monetary funds by his business partner, the IRS took his house from right under him. The wife left him and took the kids with her; he then found himself homeless a hopeless.

One cold December day he found himself sitting in Prospect Park crying asking God why him, he then got down on his knee and pray and ask God to forgive him.
He had one ripe banana in his pock and a rope in his hand, “he then said Lord forgive me”.
