One interesting truth about all art is that nobody can know how beautiful an artist’s mind is unless the artist reflects his thinking into the art. Jay Z the living legend of the rap music had also a creative and beautiful mind but to appeal to his viewers he needed to represent his art properly. To produce great music, one man army is not enough. Every great song has a story of a group of people working day and night. Jay Z, could never gain so much success if he could not do such great group work with his friends, producers and technicians and he proved that group work is needed to become successful and group work helped one to be in top, maintain the quality, getting the best possible outcome rapidly. Even if we consider his performance in the Madison garden square concert, we have to give credit to his co-artist, musicians, dancers and authority for the mind blowing performance of Jay Z. In that particular night everyone gave their best and as a result of everyone’s combined effort, Jay Z gifted his fans a magical night to remember. We can compare this situation to a situation in Dunkin Donut’s drive thru. In the Dunkin Donuts drive thru somebody takes the order, somebody makes the beverages and somebody sells it and the manager keep eye on everything. If everybody does their job perfectly, the customer gets the best product. If any of the employees does a mistake, the manager get blamed. On the other hand, in that concert if somebody did any mistake, the person who would be affected by it was Jay Z. Fortunately, everyone on that concert gave their best effort and everything else worked in his favor and as a result he got the best possible
