The book Of Mice and Men is about two migrant workers named George and Lennie. It is hard for them to find work because Lennie had a disability and nobody knows he had a disability. They just know that Lennie forgets really easy, doesn’t know his own strength, and really likes mice but accidentally kills them. Lennie doesn’t really make friends with the others like George does because they others think he is stupid, so he is left out most of the time. I feel bad for Lennie because he does get left out so much, and george can be really mean to him in some cases and lennie doesn’t know that some stuff is a bad thing. Lennie also got a puppy because George promised that if he stopped playing with mice he could get a puppy. The puppy ended up dying because Lennie was too rough with the puppy and he killed it but didn’t mean to. Lennie forgets very easy for example in the beginning of the book George told Lennie not to talk at the interview for there new job, but Lennie ended up talking during the interview and george got mad at him for it.

In the whole book Lennie was bullied for many reasons. For example he gets bullied for his size all the time when curley called Lennie a big bastard . He also gets bullied for his disability a lot because he along with no one else knows that he has the disability. Everyone just calls him stupid and doesn’t really think anything of it because Lennie doesn’t really try and fight back.
