According to the Masters and Johnson Sexual Response Cycle, are based off of their description of the four phases of sexual response. Which involves the excitement phase, plateau phase, orgasm phase, and resolution phase that are all in the order of the sexual response cycle phases.
All which they describe each sequence of the female and male's sexual arousal reaction. Including the similarities and differences in the physiology and psychological for those sequence. In the first stage which is the excitement phase, that involve the physical changes of the body from a male to a female.
