Kincaid uses the modes of persuasions in his article to have more of an impactful touch to the subject. He uses logos in the form of bringing out the case that cannabis used by people who suffer mental issues, are in some cases to act out more aggressive and just adds more gas into the fire to the damaged person. The use of ethos was used in this article to question the legislators as to why would they vote for an easier access of medical cannabis to veterans when in some cases it just increases their aggression towards others and causes them to commit acts in which they are delusional about which could cause to any innocent group of people.
