Hi Michael, Original Post: 24 I think you hit on something that surprises many people. Medieval/Dark Ages - Somehow it has come down to us that nothing happened during this 1000 year period, but that is not really true. The Dark Ages really were not so dark. Your points are really good and address the discussion posts questions well. Now there are grotesques in addition to gargoyles on this building. So some of the creepy creatures are not waterspouts - those are the grotesques. Over the years, we have group them all together when we should not have. Posted on time!
