Many people think anyone who goes to prison should just rot in there, but sometimes they should not. Violent offenders are anyone who intentionally or accidentally hurt someone. Non-violent offenders are people who have done anything but hurt someone. As many can see, there has been a lot of overcrowding in prisons because of people getting into the wrong crowd and getting caught doing something dumb, while some people knew what they were doing and were supposed to be in prison. There are lots of people who should and should not be in prison, some of the people who shouldn’t be in prison could be released and put on parole if the corrupt system wanted to do the bare minimum.
