PSEUDOCODE:

Cluster Formation The Mobile Sensor Node with higher signal strength responds to the initial message by sending their Node ID, its energy level, data routing timestamp and its signal strength. The cluster is formed based on distance coverage scheme which is the better coverage scheme and it covers a number of sensors efficiently.

After aggregating the data, the Cluster Head sends a notification message to the Mobile Sensor Node and goes to sleep mode based on energy level with repetition of data occurred. The Mobile Sensor Node sends wake up signal to the CH gathers. While communicating the
CH enters wake state and uploads the data to Mobile sensor Node. If two Cluster Head sends notification at the same time, the Mobile sensor Node can gather data from both CH simultaneously. The Mobile sensor Node data dynamically using genetic scheme. Firstly, the Mobile sensor Node data sends to the CH gathers and verifying the repeated message with having lower energy level and moves to another CH (inter cluster) communication. If the CH has any power issue and buffer overflow issue then it would send a warning message to Mobile sensor Node for gathering data immediately.
