Communication

I'm a really social person that loves talking to people and to make a good staff team you have to communicate so you can talk about things in the staff team. At all the servers I have ever been staff on I have tried talking to people to make new friends and such.

Multitasking

I'm really good at multitasking because of my two monitors, as I have two monitors I am always in teamspeak as I am in-game because I am able to move people in teamspeak as I'm maybe banning a hacker on the server, so thats why its really being able to multitask.

Forums

As a staff member you should always be active on the server forums as you are in game. Forums is where people also need help if they got false banned or anything like that then they maybe put it on the forums because they don't know how to use teamspeak and such.

Being a staff member is almost being a job for me because I love being a staff member its the best I know because its fun to meet new people and help new people its the best their is. And I just love it so thats why I have been staff on these server I have been staff on.
