Include multiple toilets at the ground floor which is open for all residents to use. It is a convenience for the residents as they can proceed to the nearest toilet at the ground floor instead of having the inconvenience to go back to their unit.
Complimentary Car Parking space
There will be a parking space provided for the residents who own vehicle and also large enough for the resident’s visitors to park their vehicles.
Swimming Pool
A swimming pool within the condominium area eliminate the hassle of finding one nearby or travel to a nearby swimming pool.
Garden
Having a garden within the condominium make it eco-friendlier with nature feel and greenery around. It also allows the residents to have outdoor space for them to engage in family activities.
