Dell, which is one of the world's largest computer distributors in terms of both quantity of units sold and gross income, and one of the United States' largest corporations. From 1999 until 2006 Dell delivered more complete computer systems worldwide per quarter than any other PC manufacturer. The company was so successful that within two years PC's Limited had distribution offices in Europe, and changed it's grammatically-incorrect name to Dell Computer Corporation.

At the Part2, it will learn through a great deal of stragetic to gain more progress.
The porter’s five forces is the useful tools to learn the Dell company current competitive position. It will surely explain the Dell advantages and disadvantages.The report need also use SWOT to analysis Dell which are faced pressure from competition , such as Lenovo, Sony ,HP, ACER,etc. it also use to evaluate the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats involved in a project or in a business venture. A SWOT analysis can be carried out for a product, place, industry or person. It involves specifying the objective of the business venture or project and identifying the internal and external factors that are favorable and unfavorable to achieving that objective. VIRO framework is a tool to analysis the
