When I first arrived at the Salvation Army I was really excited because it was my first time going there. I was honored to have been given the opportunity to be able to help people. Overall I had a great day at the Salvation Army and it felt amazing to have helped a bunch of people. ‘m sure that if I had a chance I would go help out again. While on the trip I did many productive things the help the habitants of the Salvation Army. The first thing I did was make baggies for the children of the Salvation Army. The gift bags contained a stuffed toy, a glow stick, and a book. The purpose of this was to make the children feel safe and comfortable when they arrive at the Salvation Army.
