There are so many serious issues surrounding the shelter animals that the animal shelter can not solve for the animals. I decided to help the shelter animals because the shelter can not provide enough supplies for the animals. According to the Turner, each of the shelters are trying to keep the animals safe, but the problem is if they don’t have enough supplies and rooms for the new animals. The shelter need to euthanized the other animals to make more rooms for the animals, and that is not what the shelter want(Turner). The other issue would be the stress in the shelter because of their circumstances which are living with many other animals, many strangers, extremely noisy, and small cages(petfinder). The master of the animal shelter which I interviewed said the shelter needs more help to save the animals at the shelter. There are so many ways to help the shelter animals such as foster system, donation, adoption, and volunteering. As the petakids.com documented, one powerful way to save those animals is instead of buying the animals from pet stores or breeders, but adopt animals from the shelter(petakids). Lots of the shelter animals are euthanized because there are not people to adopt them, and through the adoption you can save their lives. The other way would be contact with the local animal shelter and asked what kind of help they need as I did; it was definitely more clearer and helpful for the shelter. Once we know what the shelter and animals need, we can provide what they need or want. If those ways are too hard, then are more easy ways such as drawing a poster, volunteering, and donate cheap supplies. As a human being we should more focus on the animals and help them, and we should be more responsible for those
