Aristotle element of drama consisted of Plot, Character, Them, Diction, Music, and Spectacle. Plot, how the story is told, what happened physically but also emotionally to the characters. Character, human action, two couples, one having emotional problems, other trying to help them with their emotional problems. Them, the everyday human condition. How you felt like you are part of the paly. Diction, how each character has a way of expressing them self when they speak. Music, Pillow Talk was a non-musical play. Spectacle, costumes were of modern day wear, the scenery was set up in an office, door for characters to enter and pillows all around for the characters to sit on.

However, their costumes were of modern day wear, blue jeans, dress shirt and tie, pants and blouses for the female characters. The scenery was set up in an office, door for characters to enter the office. Pillows all around for the characters to sit on. All four characters on the stage at the same time. When Aristotle included spectacle, he meant all visual aspects of a play – primarily scenery, costumes (and mask), and dance, (Hischak, 2016).
