Racial inequality has become a growing concern in America and there needs to be changes made immediately. The problem is that the factors causing racial inequality are engraven into society today and are extremely difficult to eliminate. Two factors that will be discussed are education, specifically education systems, and employment and income differences between African-Americans and white people. These two factors are not the only direct factors causing this racial inequality, but I believe they are the two vital ones in creating the inequalities.
