You look around at the planes, cars, motorcycles, and buses. But I phe·nom·e·non(a fact or situation that is observed to exist or happen, especially one whose cause or explanation is in question.) has turned it into what it would be like 6,000 years ago. This report will tell you about David & Goliath.

King David was the greatest king because of his excellent achievements. Although it was King David’s son, Solomon, who built Israel’s first temple, King David brings the “ark of God,” or the Ark of the Covenant -- a wooden chest holding the original two tablets of Jewish law to the temple.

Who was David’s dad you might ask, his name was Jesse, he had 8 extraordinary sons youngest of them was David, his job was to look after his father flocks. David wanted to build a sacred temple that the religious objects could have a permanent home but he died before he could build the temple and his son Solomon built the temple it became the center of the jewish religion. Although David wasn’t perfect, he sought God throughout his life. He faced many obstacles that required him to place his faith in God. The most famous of these encounters was the fight with Goliath, which David famously declared. While David was wandering in the desert with his group of followers, he had a run in with a man named Nabal. The only thing that prevented a conflict between David and Nabal was Nabal’s wife Abigail. David recognized what a wise woman Abigail was and married her after Nabal died. After David became a king, the former king’s relatives were scared that David would take revenge on them. But David showed mercy to the family. In fact, a surviving member of Saul’s family, gave him his family land and welcomed him at his own dinner
