1. Purpose: To provide the importance of employing CSMM within the Brigade S1.

a. The Reserve Components Manpower System (RCMS) is a global tool, comprised of several readiness sub-systems. CSMM is just one of the many significant systems within RCMS. CSMM is comprised of 19 real time readiness reports. Access to CSMM can be granted at https://rcms.usar.army.mil/v3/Portal/RibbonMenu.aspx. b. CSMM executes as a full strength management portal.
