The Florida Everglades is an area of subtropical wetlands. The water supply has been going down hell and any minor change can strongly impact the wilderness. The difference in water supply has effected the wildlife, drinking water, and water that animals like in. The water supply really needs to be safe. First, water has had huge effects on the Everglades’ wildlife. The amount of animals has greatly decreased. According to Tobey Haskell, author of Past and Present:The Florida Everglades, states that “[a]s a result, the quantity and diversity of the wetland’s wildlife decreased..” This means that the polluted water is killing these animals.
