Symbolism?Allusion?Allegory?! How do authors use these to bring life and meaning to a story? First off,symbolism shows an object that represents something else.Allusion references to a well known story like for example art,music,etc.Finally,Allegory shows a poem,story,or a picture that can be interpreted to reveal a hidden meanings.The three short stories,”Harrison Bergeron”,” 2 B R O 2 B”,and “The Lottery” all have many examples of symbolism,allusion,and allegory.
