Texas Health Resources is a healthcare organization in Texas. It is one of the largest non-profit health systems in North Texas. It was formed as a combination of two existing health systems, Harris Methodist Health System in Fort Worth and Presbyterian Healthcare Resources, in 1997. (Texas Health Resources, n.d.) Since that time, it has grown and has added more hospitals and also formed a physician group to see those patients in Texas Health primary care and specialty clinics when they are outside of the hospital. There are now more than 350 access points to care that consist of many different specialties from urgent care to behavioral health.
