With the end of the semester approaching, so are my first round of final exams in college. I have yet too really start sitting down and reviewing for my finals, because I still have regular exams, but after this upcoming week, I will be able to have the time to start to study for finals and finish up any long-term assignments. The best way I can think of to prepare for my exams is that I keep everything from the semester and make sure to review all past exams and quizzes, and to start as early as possible. If I can start all off this early and be prepared I think that I should be able to achieve the grade that I desire. I think that show is the most inspiring because it can motivate people to take up a cause and do something for themselves to better their own health and lives. I may show a bias towards this because one of the winners of the show The Biggest Loser is from my hometown, and he did inspire people in my school to become healthier. The guy on the show was an amazing wrestler at my school so it showed a lot of us how quickly poor health choices can affect one’s life. I do think that the show is very motivational and does try to serve a good. To an extent I believe some, but not all reality shows can directly inspire people. Shows such as The Biggest Loser and Intervention seem to actually serve a good purpose and inspire to people to make a positive change in their lives. Some shows such as Dancing with the Stars or The Amazing Race, may not be inspirational, but they serve to entertain. I do not think that all reality is one or the other, but rather I think that reality TV can be good, bad, or simply entertaining. All reality TV is meant to entertain, but some are simply made for viewer enjoyment and comedy, such as Jersey Shore. I think more times than not reality TV is heavily unscripted and made for entertainment, but I do believe that there are a good portion of shows out there that can help society as
