The Constitution is created in order to establish different amendments and rights that structure the government and the society. The first ten amendments are known as the Bill of Rights and these amendments are applied to the citizens of the United States these are the rights that they should not be deprived off unless a federal crime is committed. The 1st amendment consists of different aspects freedom of speech, press, assembly and religion “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof”. The 1st amendment states that a person has the right to be able to practice his or her religion with certain limitations.
