Out of the four pillars of the National Honors Society, I feel that my life best represents an iteration of the pillar of character. In my academic career, I've gone through many changes, both academically and personally. During my elementary years, I was as gleeful and cheery as any other young boisterous child. This had continued on until the quarantine and lockdown that had resulted, which shut down schools for many months. When school started back up again in my 7th grade year, I was a fully online student with zero interaction with my peers and teachers.
