Identity is something that describes what a person is. Identity can be lost, found or change in many different ways. The book “The New Kids” by Brooke Hauser, is about the modern immigrant experience of the kids who came from different countries to fulfill their American dream and in order to fulfill their dreams, many immigrant kids lost/found or changed their identity from first day of school to prom. In my opinion, many people who come from a different country try to become a completely different person from when they move from their home town. Identity changes when a person tries to change their lifestyle in order to blend themselves into others lifestyle.
