[1.1] Analyse the communication needs of internal and external stakeholders
Internal stakeholders are individuals involved within the business such as employees and managers. External stakeholders are those outside of the business but can be affected by certain activities within the business such as customers and suppliers.
For internal stakeholders, communication can be less formal due to understanding between members of a team. Internal communication will be more honest than external due to the need to maintain and improve business performance.
For external stakeholders, the type of communication caries on what the business needs. For example, with investors, the business will be more honest than it would be with customers such as profit margins.

If you are communicating to someone who is not with you, it would be much quicker to communicate through an email for example rather than meeting up with the person.

It is important to use the correct spelling, punctuation and grammar at all times within business communications. If any of those were to be incorrect then it will give a very poor impression of you to both the internal and external stakeholder within the business. It could give the business a bad name and affect the relationships with other businesses. Correct spelling and grammar shows to [people that you and the business is professional and ensures the correct messages are sent to people. Incorrect punctuation could lead to big errors, for example a comma in the wrong place of an order can lead to a much lower or higher order than needed, affecting the
