1.10 Explain the action to take if there are concerns about the practice of an adult social care worker- It is good to follow company procedure for complaints and concerns and put complaints in the writing to keep records. It is good to keep the record detail date and time specific incident and the issue. The well-being and the safety of individuals is very important and they should be in a safe environment.
