As the assignment requires, I will be a network manager administering clinics and health centers. This study will first address the problem of pressure and prospective cost increases, which can be interpreted as either an increase in the demand for health services or an increase in the expenditures associated with running the health network. Second, frequent errors made in cost reduction or growth will be highlighted. I will discuss the mistakes managers might make while attempting inefficient cost reductions or raising expenses without a valid justification. …show more content…

One of the information system's objectives is to give a thorough and accurate picture of a patient's health status, which includes evaluating patient data and giving crucial information to medical personnel. In addition, the system can determine what services are currently offered and where gaps or needs exist.

By using the data and information gathered, administrators can make well-informed decisions to improve patient outcomes. For instance, the system can be used to evaluate claims data and pinpoint areas where the delivery of health services needs to be enhanced, or costs should be decreased. The technology can also assess financial information and find viable approaches to save expenses and improve network efficiency.
