Initial usability plan: Explain how you will approach the testing process for your prototype.

Initial Usability Plan
The multiple methodologies will be employed or initial usability testing:
The users who agree to participate in the initial testing will be asked to view a prototype mock up and imagine preforming the tasks identified as necessary and desirable from the user survey conducted earlier. Users would be encouraged to suggest changes and sketch those modifications directly on the prototype.
The users then would be asked to complete a survey to gather user experience feedback. This survey would be used to review both the product as well as the usability testing process. Demographic data gathering will not be required for this phase. That data is gathered during the membership application process.
The final methodology will involve a short person-to-person interview to capture customer “pain points”. This will take place in an iterative fashion. Customer journey mapping will be done in both early and late phases.
Users
The users will be recruited from the team. Members of the Board of Directors will be willing participants. I will also present the site to a

I have stood up a Wordpress instance with a prototype but I will use the existing low fidelity wireframes for the first round tests. The other constraint is getting people scheduled to take a look. I can obviously do a lot online but people are busy.

Identify some of the benefits and weaknesses associated with your evaluation approach and your prototype.

The weakness with any paper napkin type approach is that low fidelity model does not always well represent the final product. There is a lot to be said for poking at a live
