Do i think the workers at the Waffle Now should be paid the higher federal mimimum wage for non-tipped workers? Honestly i do not think any waiter should get paid more and tipped on top of your hourly pay. The way i see the non-tipped pay should only be for jobs that dont tip. If a server is being disrepectful or lacking his or hers dutys on the job and are not making enough in tips they should either find another job or work harder at the job they have. If a worker need more pay they could work more hours but they would not get a higher pay if they make a steady pay and tips.

If i was the manager of the Waffle Now resturant i would keep the tipped workers pay and maybe help the worker with a budget planing class for all the works at the
