Henry Ford, born July 30, 1863 in Greenfield Township, Michigan. He had four siblings including 2 sisters (Jane & Margaret Ford) and 2 brothers(William Jr. & Robert Ford). As Henry grew up on a farm in Michigan he did not like to be on the farm let alone working on it. As in 1879 he would decide to leave home and go look for work. First he was hired as a machinist, but in 1882 he would return home to work on the farm.After he would be hired to operate at the Westlingshouse. While working Henry would study bookkeeping at Goldsmith, Bryant & Stratton Business College. He would soon marry Clara Jane Bryant in 1888. As the Model T car wasn't introduced until 1901.
