Fracking is a method for harvesting fossil fuel that is for almost six decades. Although, it has its pros, it only lasts for a short period of time. In contrast, the downside of fracking has a high chance of lasting for a lifetime. It is evident that the negative affect will harm us in many ways such as food poisoning. Fracking is a energy harvesting method that must be illegalized so it won’t contribute to any problems we face today.

Hydraulic fracturing, or fracking is a dangerous method that is used today to obtain fossil fuel. Fracking is performed for more than sixty years. But recent studies today has proved that fracking is major factor of water pollution. When water pressure is applied to the drillings, it gets contaminated by chemicals used in the Process, approximately

Not only methane gases pollutes air, it could cause blowouts when it collects underground, possibly killing many people around the area. The explosion would release more gas into the air which leads to the progression of global warming.

Health could be enormously affected by the use of fracking. It is proved that 75% of the chemicals used in fracking are harmful to the human body and other living organisms. Health effects with animals are related to reproductive failures such as stillbirths according to psr.org.
Effects on human include headaches and vomiting. Health could also be affected by food poisoned by chemical contaminated water used in fracking. NowThis brings up that radioactive particles in fracking water polluted the North Dakota land, and it will last for generations with a high chance of affecting the health of the people living near the pollution. It is true that fracking is much better than harvesting coal, it still has the same effect on the environment: both are factor of pollution. Moreover, there are more energy that is more effective and does not contribute to pollution. Solar energy has proven to be more efficient
