When I was in grade school my teacher had a poster that had cursive on it, I found my letters to my name and I tried my best to write my name but I could not so every day I would try and try till I got it. In my opinion, I think that cursive should still be taught in schools today, because it is a tool that will make a difference in the future. It is a standard requirement as an adult to be able to write your name in cursive. The students can be more literate if they can read and write in cursive. Student will be able to take notes faster.
